Young Red Wine Appellation Lanzarote.

Grape variety:
100% Black Listan.

Winemaking Method:
Harvest is carried out in the second half of August in 20kg crates. A selection process takes place in the field and then on reception at the winery. The grapes, de-stemmed and crushed, pass directly into the stainless steel fermentation tanks, with two daily racking for 5-8 days. The skins are then separated and fermentation finishes.

This wine is partly created using carbonic maceration; whole bunches, virtually intact, spend 7-8 days in tanks in an inert atmosphere, after which they are pressed and alcoholic fermentation is complete.

To create a young and light wine that reaches its maximum aromatic range - an expression of the unique characteristics of the grape variety.
