100% Malvasia.

WINEMAKING METHOD
Exclusively from grapes produced on the El Grifo Estate. After destemming and crushing, we chill the grapes to 12 ºC. and then select only the must that was drained without pressing.
After a 24-hour decantation, fermentation is begun at controlled temperatures. Once complete, the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled.

BASIC PRINCIPLES
Attaining a wine from El Grifo grapes, in which the specificities of the Malvasia are enhanced. Production limited depending on vintage.

WINE-TASTING CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance Pale yellow. Clean and brilliant.
Nose The varietal character of the Malvasia grapes dominates. Tropical fruit and white flowers.
Palate Fresh, with a broad and harmonious finish.

FOOD PAIRING
All types of fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
