WINEMAKING METHOD
Harvest is carried out by hand at the beginning of August and the grapes are transferred to the winery in 20kg crates and the selection of the best grapes. In the wine-cellar the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Before pressing, the grapes are chilled to 12 ºC.
After decanting the must for 24 hours, fermentation takes place during 24 hours at controlled temperatures, after which the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled.

WINE-TASTING CHARACTERISTICS Appearance Pale straw-yellow, with a greenish iridescence. Clear and glossy. NoseDominated by the Malvasía grape with fruity tones (citric and tropical) and hints of hite flowers. Palate Well structured, solid, fresh with a broad, delicate and harmonious finish.

All types of fish, seafood and fresh cheese.
