BASIC PRINCIPLES

To create a wine that reaches its maximum potencial – an expression of the unique characteristics of the grape variety and the specific conditions of its production.

WINEMAKING METHOD

Exclusively from grapes produced on the El Grifo Estate. After destemming and crushing, we chill the grapes to 12 ºC. and then select only the must that was drained without pressing.

After a 24-hour decantation, fermentation is begun at controlled temperatures. Once complete, the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled

  • Appearance: Pale yellow. Clean and brilliant
  • Nose: The varietal character of the Malvasia grapes dominates. Tropical fruit and white flowers
  • Palate: Fresh, with a broad and harmonious finish.
